Charlotte is an experienced HR professional who has led multiple large-scale projects. These include the transformation of HR operational services with the MoD as well as the NHS Nightingale Bristol resourcing strategy.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves to cook and is really keen on exercise. Having done CrossFit for six years she has just bought a road bike to start her on a journey to completing her first triathlon.
