This third session in the series focuses on how early decisions around donor materials, scheduling and development planning can shape the path toward GMP manufacture. Topics covered include:
- Starting-material strategy: Why early clarity reduces downstream friction.
- Donor material planning: How requirements shift from healthy donors to patient material.
- Academic case studies: Practical lessons on timelines, scheduling and common pitfalls.
