Cell & Gene Therapy Centre
Our new Cell & Gene Therapy Centre is a purpose built 6,000 m2 (65,000 ft2) facility dedicated to ATMPs. With process and analytical development laboratories, 3 GMP clean rooms and a Fill Finish Suite.
eXmoor’s development and manufacturing capabilities span across the full range of CGT products. The facility is designed to be process agnostic and can currently accommodate:
- AAV, LV and other Viral Vectors (up to 2 x 200L scale)
- Autologous Cell therapies
- Allogeneic Cell Therapies
- Other gene therapy products
eXmoor has a dedicated Fill & Finish suite to produce Drug Product in vials and bags.
All manufacturing suites are Grade C/ISO 7, with unidirectional flow and segregated air handling per suite.
Future Facility Expansion Potential
The facility contains 12,000ft2 (1,100m2 ) of expansion space for additional clinical, pivotal or commercial manufacturing capacity to be brought online. This will be developed to suit client requirements for process and scale, and will be capable of accommodating Cell Therapies, 500-1000L Viral Vector processes, RNA, Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) or other new technologies.
