Carol is a business development specialist with over 20 years of experience working in Academia and the Biotech and Biopharma Industry. With a strong background in molecular biology, Biosafety testing and QC, and manufacturing, she excels at connecting technical experts and facilitating discussions to ensure business objectives are clearly understood and successfully achieved.
At eXmoor, Carol acts as a vital link between clients and technical teams, ensuring that scientific and commercial goals align. Her ability to foster effective communication and problem-solving helps streamline the journey from concept to commercialisation, supporting the development of cutting-edge cell and gene therapies.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys hiking and skiing, as well as spending time in the kitchen cooking, baking bread, and experimenting with fermentation.
