About Drew
Drew has worked in the cell and gene therapy sector for the majority of his 30-year career in biotechnology research, translation, and clinical application.
He is driven by the implementation of Advanced Therapies to overcome the needs of patients for whom standard pharmaceutical solutions are lacking. Drew has a scientific background coupled with extensive experience in quality functions, including as a certifying qualified person with direct cell and gene therapy experience.
In his free time, Drew enjoys singing in classical music chamber ensembles. Something he has done since he was an 8-year-old chorister in a parish church. He also enjoys the teamwork and music-making at professional levels, including radio broadcasts and recordings. A keen cyclist, Drew loves the freedom it lends, getting around the city and out on the North Downs whenever he can.
