About Emma

Emma is a manufacturing specialist with over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, spanning Manufacturing, CMC, and Quality Assurance.

Before joining eXmoor, she held key leadership roles at BTG, UCB, and Lonza, including site director and QA positions, as well as serving as Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Services EMEA at NSF International.

At eXmoor, Emma oversees all GMP production operations at our facility, ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing to support the development and commercialisation of advanced therapies. She is dedicated to building a high-performing team and delivering manufacturing excellence for our clients.
