Before joining eXmoor, she held key leadership roles at BTG, UCB, and Lonza, including site director and QA positions, as well as serving as Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Services EMEA at NSF International.
At eXmoor, Emma oversees all operations, process development and GMP production at our facility, ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing to support the development and commercialisation of advanced therapies. She is dedicated to building a high-performing team and delivering manufacturing excellence for our clients.
