She has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning sterile biologics manufacturing, analytical testing, quality control and quality assurance, including experience working as a Qualified Person on MIA and IMP MIA licences.
Before joining eXmoor Pharma, Gwyneth held a series of quality and QP roles at PCI Pharma Services and previously worked at BTG, building extensive experience in GMP manufacturing, quality systems and regulatory compliance within pharmaceutical development and manufacturing environments.
At eXmoor Pharma, Gwyneth leads the Quality function, overseeing GMP quality systems and compliance activities to support the development and manufacture of cell and gene therapies.
