His project focused on developing novel bioreactor systems to optimise cell therapy products for the treatment of congenital cardiovascular diseases.
At eXmoor, Mike started in the Process Development group where he led the USP Vector team. Here, he focused on the optimisation and scale-up of GMP-compliant manufacturing processes for a variety of modalities including AAV, LV and novel vaccines.
In 2025, Mike moved into the Business Development team, where he now leads the generation, management and delivery of proposals across eXmoor. As our Proposal Manager, Mike is able to leverage his technical expertise and skilled communication to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, ensuring client needs remain at the centre of our work.
