About Vicky

Vicky brings more than 20 years of experience across biologics, gene therapy and RNA development. Her background spans analytical science, technology strategy and programme translation, with hands-on experience supporting mRNA, viral vector and biologic programmes from early development through to GMP readiness.

Before joining eXmoor Pharma, Vicky held senior scientific and technical leadership roles at CPI, and most recently worked as an Application Scientist at TriLink, supporting mRNA programmes across the UK and Europe as they progressed towards clinical and commercial manufacture.

Outside of work, Vicky enjoys long walks and spending time outdoors with her dogs and children.
